If you do share your password or your Personal Information with others, remember that you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account. The Service collects the following types of information:

Information that you provide

This can include your (i) your username, password, profile information (including passport information, photo and nationality as you provided upon reserving the Hotel) and e-mail address. You can also choose to provide us with location data. "Personal Information" includes any information, recorded in any form, about an identified individual, or an individual whose identity may be reasonably inferred from the information. This includes, for example, name, e-mail and mailing address, telephone number, billing information (excluding credit card information)  and account information and other information incidental to providing hotel reservation and other items or services available from our App ("Products and Services") (including information about individuals traveling with an individual who makes reservations on our App).

  • We collect other information from your interaction with our App, Service, content (including, without limitation content provided by third parties);
  • When you communicate with us or with the Hotels (through the App) we collect and store the contact information you provide (which usually consists of your name and e-mail address), information about the Service or your activity and your username. We may collect additional information we ask you to submit to authenticate yourself. We will store the correspondence with you (e.g., account verification, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices) and any information contained within. We store all reservation and booking history as well as all correspondence with Hotel (mainly requests). Note that you may not opt out of Service-related e-mails.

Also, you may send us correspondence, testimonials, photos, writings, customer satisfaction surveys or customer service communications.

Analytics Information

Whenever you use mobile applications and other Internet service, there’s certain information that almost always gets created and recorded automatically. The same is true when you use our Service. Here are some of the types of information we collect:

  • Cookie Data. We may use “cookies” (a small text file sent by your computer each time you visit our website, unique to your user account or your browser), or similar technologies to record log data. When we use cookies, we may use “session” cookies (that last until you close your browser) or “persistent” cookies (that last until you or your browser delete them). For example, we may use cookies to store your language preferences or other settings so you don‘t have to set them up every time you visit the Service. Some of the cookies we use are associated with your account (including Personal Information about you, such as the email address you gave us), and other cookies are not.

Our partners may offer services to your device which may use cookies or similar technologies placed by us or the third party. You may change the device settings, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all portions of the Service or all functionality of the Service.

  • Log Data. When you use The Service or go to a webpage or use an application that has The Service features (like our “The Service” button), our servers automatically record information (“log data”) including information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website or your mobile application sends when you’re using it. This log data may include your internet protocol address (“IP Address”), browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. We may also collect similar information from emails sent to our users which then help us track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. The information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of the Service.
  • Device Information. In addition to log data, we may also access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store information about the device you’re using The Service on, including what type of device it is, what operating system you’re using, device settings, unique device identifiers, data sent to the device by The Service and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this information often depends on what type of device you’re using and its settings. For example, different types of information are available depending on whether you’re using a tablet or phone. To learn more about what information your device makes available to us, please also check the policies of your device manufacturer or software provider. A device identifier may deliver information to us or to a third party partner and such information helps us or others provide reports or personalized content and ads. Some features of the Service may not function properly if use or availability of device identifiers is impaired or disabled.
  • Third Party Web Beacons: The Service may also implement third party content, on the Service that uses “clear gifs”, “web beacons”, or other similar techniques, which allow the third party content provider to read and write cookies to your browser, or implement similar tracking mechanisms, in connection with your viewing of that third party content displayed on the Service. This information is collected directly by the third party, and The Service does not participate in that data transmission. Information collected by third parties in this manner is subject to that third party’s own data collection, use, and disclosure policies.
  • Metadata: Metadata is usually technical data that is associated with user content. For example, Metadata can describe how, when and by whom a piece of user content was collected and how that content is formatted. Users may have Metadata added to their user content (e/g hashtag and/or location data) which makes it more searchable and interactive.
  • Information from Other Sources:  The Service may also obtain information, including Personally Identifiable Information, from third parties such as demographic and navigation data or third party service providers who you use in order to access features of the Services. If we combine or associate information from other sources with Personally Identifiable Information that we collect through the Service, we will treat the combined information as Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Non-Identifying Information

We also collect aggregate information about our Users that cannot reasonably be used to identify or contact you (e.g., without limitation, age and individual preferences) (“Non-Identifying Information”). Certain Non-Identifying Information would be considered a part of your Personal Information if it were combined with other identifiers (for example, combining your zip code with your street address) in a way that enables you to be personally identified or contacted. But the same pieces of information are considered Non-Identifying Information when they are taken alone or combined only with other Non-Identifying Information (for example, your viewing preferences).

Inviting your Friends

Certain features of the App may enable users to invite friends to use the App. When you use such features we will use the information to allow your friend to access the App and use the Services. For such purpose we may collect and store information that you provide us regarding your friend. You undertake not to provide us with any Personal Information regarding your friend without first obtaining your friend's consent.
